In this 30-minute Mavenlink Webinar followed by Q&A, we provide a high-level end-to-end walkthrough of our entire platform as it currently stands today starring the beloved Michael Scott and Dwight Schrute.

Our goal is to show you how to quickly set up your Mavenlink environment as you get ready to invite colleagues or clients, and also the breadth of the application once you are ready to go.

Mavenlink Webinar 101 & 201 from Sean Crafts on Vimeo.

We start off by covering the account page, managing your plan & billing, and setting up your customizable invoicing. We follow this by diving into our simple to use custom branding feature. After this, Michael is ready to work.

He has two options on how to start: setup a new project OR use a project template. He then invites his colleague, or "Assistant to the Project Creator", Dwight. Since he has integrated Mavenlink with Google Apps, he easily adds Dwight to the workspace.

Once they are both in the project workspace, there are five key areas to focus on:

As they jump into collaboration, Michael shows how to post messages, private messages, attach documents & Google Docs, linking to tasks, filtering with file management, and viewing attachments in the feed and the Project Tracker. Since some tasks have been assigned and been given a due date, he goes into his Google Calendar to make sure everything is synced between Mavenlink and Google and they are. While in his Google Apps email, he decides to reply to some Mavenlink posts and include attachments, along with originating posts via email with the email integration.

Back in the Workspace, Michael decides to invite his client, Jo Bennett. He wants to monitor what she can and can't see, so he goes into the permissions. After this, he shows off the time tracking, expense tracking, and invoicing features, along with how easy it is to mark an invoice as paid. Lastly, he shows off how easy it is to see everything with the dashboard features.

We follow up the webinar with a 20-minute Q&A, which we were asked many great questions. Needless to say, we are excited for the next webinar.
