Q: Sean Crafts (Mavenlink Co-Founder) - Can you tell us a little about your business?
A: Natalie Caro - M.Y.O.B. Consulting provides small businesses with professional resources and services such as Incorporation, Start-Up Help, Accounting, Operations Management & Marketing. We service local clients as well as clients across the country. They have the flexibility to choose our services a la carte, or retain us on a monthly basis.
Q: Sean - How did you find Mavenlink?
A: Natalie - After using Basecamp for a year, we weren't satisfied with it's functionality and had trouble customizing it to fit our business' needs. We then researched web-based project management online and experimented with some free trials after performing a Google search and stumbled upon Mavenlink.
Q: Sean - How has Mavenlink helped your business?
A: Natalie - We are still experimenting with Mavenlink, but collaborating with clients, independent consultants, and co-workers so far has been a treat. We like the Projects Overview Dashboards, but still have lots to learn about integrating with Gmail, Google Docs, etc.
Q: Sean - What do your clients and consultants say about Mavenlink?
A: Natalie - Co-workers and consultants have had a chance to navigate and so far are preferring the experience over the Basecamp project manager we've used in the past. We have yet to introduce our small business clients to Mavenlink. We want to make sure we can fully navigate before we let others in.
Q: Sean - Please explain the Results of using Mavenlink and Google Apps.
A: Natalie - We have recently moved our emails over to Google Enterprise and Mavenlink so far it is the first App we've implemented. We are enjoying the ease of use of Google Calendars, Google Forms and Google Docs. We are anticipating the integration between Mavenlink and our other Google products will work well.
Q: Sean - Anything else you want to tell us?
