Q: Sean Crafts (Mavenlink Co-Founder) - Can you tell us a little about your business?
A: Stephanie Thomas - Thomas Econometrics provides quantitative solutions for workplace issues. We have advised hundreds of clients in a variety of applied economics and statistics matters across the country. Our client base includes Fortune 500 companies, major law firms, and federal agencies such as the Department of Justice and the FBI.
We routinely perform analyses of compensation and selection decisions, and have deep expertise in applying quantitative tools to employment litigation, regulatory investigation, and proactive litigation risk management.
As the founder, I have provided expert economic and statistical testimony in mediation, arbitration, and in federal and state courts throughout the United States.
Q: Sean - How did you find Mavenlink?
A: Stephanie - We found Mavenlink through their Google Apps Marketplace listing. After reviewing and demoing several different products, Mavenlink was the clear choice for our online project management.
Q: Sean - How has Mavenlink helped your business?
A: Stephanie - Before finding Mavenlink, we were using several stand-alone products for project management, document management, and time tracking & invoicing. Mavenlink integrates all of these functions in one place. It's saved us a substantial amount of time, since we no longer have to work with multiple systems on multiple platforms. Because everything we need is integrated, we can focus on our clients, rather than focusing on syncing our information across different systems and troubleshooting integration problems.

Q: Sean - Please explain the Results of using Mavenlink and Google Apps.
A: Stephanie - We are heavy Google users. Mavenlink's seamless integration with Google Apps lets us use our existing Google Contacts, Google Calendars, Google Documents and Google Task lists natively. There was no import / export involved in the implementation of Mavenlink, and because the sync is automated and integrated, we don't have to worry about maintaining multiple sets of files.
Email integration is one of our favorite features. Each project has its own email address in Mavenlink; this address is automatically added to your contacts when the project is created. We can forward emails from our clients to the project email address simply by entering the project name, and the email contents are automatically incorporated into the project stream.
Q: Sean - Anything else you want to tell us?
A: Stephanie - Custom branding is a cool feature. It doesn't really save us time or money, but it makes us look - and feel - like the big guys!
