Q: Sean - Please explain the Results of using Mavenlink and Google Apps.
A: Orie - The result of using both Mavenlink and Google Apps is that we have been able to integrate our calendar, contacts, and users from Google with all types of business development and communications tools in the Marketplace. Mavenlink provides us with this same functionality. We have been able to coordinate our Calendar with Project Timelines. Our project tasks and deliverables are made available in google so that we can keep track of progress and our online invoices are easily stored because Mavenlink sends email correspondence per transaction.
Q: Sean - Anything else you want to tell us or features you’d like to see?
A: Orie - Thank you for the opportunity to participate in this Mavenlink Case Study. We look forward to seeing great things from Mavenlink, such as customer relationship management features. It would be great if Mavenlink's CRM platform utilized more of the conventional functions such as tracking and storing sales leads (prospects) for future engagement. If we could even coordinate distribution lists to send communications to our prospects and current client base. This would be extraordinarily helpful and would enhance the quality of Mavenlink's platform.
