Q: Sean Crafts (Mavenlink Co-Founder) - Can you tell us a little about your business?

A: Margaret Hernandez - The ANROMA Group is a business consulting company with a focus on client retention. We offer businesses several services to help them retain clients: Client Retention Planning, Customer Service Development and Staff Training, Management Development, and Social CRM.

Q: Sean - How did you find Mavenlink?

A: Margaret - I have been a Google Apps user since 2007 and I frequent the Google Apps Marketplace to find tools that I can use in our small business. I found Mavenlink while I was looking for an online project management tool through Google Apps Marketplace.

Q: Sean - What pain points has Mavenlink helped solve?

A: Margaret - To be a successful consultant I believe it's important to allow your clients to see your progress and to become a part of the project. Rather than just using long email chains. Mavenlink has given me the ability to custom brand my project dashboard and has given me the opportunity to share the project with my clients. Also, it's a great way to help me stay on task from week to week and step to step.

Q: Sean - What do your clients, consultants, and fellow co-workers say about Mavenlink?

A: Margaret - When I explain to a potential client that they will have access to the project manager, I believe the level of trust is strengthened. They know that I'm accountable to them - and they have proof - they can see it. They know what's next. My colleagues are very impressed by the position I give my clients.

Q: Sean - Please explain the Results of using Mavenlink and Google Apps.

A: Margaret - The ANROMA Group is a relatively new user so I am still learning the ins/outs of the program. I use the email link to make sure all correspondence is housed in my Mavenlink project which I love. I look forward to learning more and growing with the software.

Q: Sean - Anything else you want to tell us?

A: Margaret - I've told my clients that I give them 'Front Row Tickets to Their Project' which is the Mavenlink dashboard. Before Mavenlink, I was updating my clients by email only. Mavenlink gives me a more professional and 'I've got it all under control' transparent look. Mavenlink not only helps the project process, but the sales process as well!
