Q: Sean Crafts (Mavenlink Co-Founder) - Can you tell us a little about your business?

A: Theresa Wolford - Wolford Consulting provides comprehensive clinical, behavioral health and vocational services for the Workers Compensation and Disability industries. Our clients are Attorneys and Insurance Companies.

Q: Sean - How did you find Mavenlink?

A: Theresa - My web designer recommended the application as a way to effectively manage highly confidential file referrals.

Q: Sean - What pain points has Mavenlink helped solve?

A: Theresa - It has allowed us a secure and efficient way to manage the referrals we receive from a variety of entities. We are still in the start up mode so I do not have hard data to provide in the way of demonstrating efficiencies. At this point, we do not have pain points we wish it could solve. However, as we grow, we will be willing to share them as they arise, if they do.

Q: Sean - What do your clients, consultants, and fellow co-workers say about Mavenlink?

A: Theresa - This is an internal application. As such, the consultants who work for me are the ones aware of its use. Each consultant has been set up as a project and receive the file referrals as a deliverable. This allows them to manage their caseload. The consultants appreciate the efficiency and the privacy it affords us and how it meets our needs. They have also indicated the time tracking feature is a positive.

Q: Sean - Please explain the Results of using Mavenlink and Google Apps.

A: Theresa - Right now, we are just using Gmail. The Mavenlink email integration with our email system has certainly enhanced our communication and the efficiency with which we are able to communicate progress on projects.

Q: Sean - Anything else you want to tell us?

A: Theresa - Coming from a non-techy background - it is almost embarrassing to say that this has been a revelation to find out something existed like this product. I love it!
