”I have never endorsed a product, but since I started using Mavenlink, I've spread the word everywhere!” - Birdie deQuay, Develper at ChiOri Media

Q: Sean Crafts (Mavenlink Co-Founder) - Can you tell us a little about your business?

A: Birdie deQuay - ChiOri Media is a boutique new media agency working in Los Angeles and Barcelona. Personally, I'm a new media developer. I build websites, web apps, and mobile apps.

Q: Sean - How did you find Mavenlink?

A: Birdie - I've been Google'ing for years. Had tried all task managers and project management tools, but Mavenlink was by far the very best I have found.

Q: Sean - What pain points has Mavenlink solved for your business?

A: Birdie - The conversation log between clients, myself and our techs is very well done. Adding tasks, assigning projects, and attaching documents is brilliant. The global overview is well thought out. You can quickly access projects and their status.

The navigation is intuitive and clear, and adding projects a piece of cake.

If you could just find a way to help us create proposals online, that would be just incredible. I've been paying other sites for this, and I know you guys could do so much better.

Q: Sean - What do your clients, consultants, and fellow co-workers say about Mavenlink?

A: Birdie - "They love it. I have also never endorsed a product just because, but since I started using Mavenlink, I've spread the word everywhere because I feel everyone should be on the same page!

I'm even an affiliate, which I have never done before.

Q: Sean - Anything else you want to tell us or features you’d like to see?

A: Birdie - Archiving projects is somewhat simple. However, retrieving them is another issue I’d like to see made easier. Also, I'm a bit gun shy with PayPal Invoicing with who can see what. As mentioned above, I would really love to see a good proposal editor or some way of integrating PDFs.

It would be very very good to have a small widget area where a project manager can ""post"" useful account information (eg. server info, passwords, contacts) that would be easily accessible, just so we don't have to dig through the conversation log to find it.

Other than that, all is perfect.

ChiOri Media can be found on Facebook and Birdie can be found on Twitter.
