A: Clayton Reeves - At Utah Tech Solutions, we do IT Support and website design and development for small and medium-sized businesses.
Q: Sean - How did you find Mavenlink?
A: Clayton - Looked for Google Apps project management platform that would link into our Google Apps. Mavenlink was the most recommended and met our needs.

A: Clayton - Mavenlink has helped solve our time tracking on projects on a per task basis, our online invoicing needs, and improved our transparency with clients.
Q: Sean - What do your clients, consultants, and fellow co-workers say about Mavenlink?
A: Clayton - Our clients have liked how easy it is for them to just log-in and see where the project is at, along with the notes on progress and possible changes that might need to be made. The level of transparency this gives us has been great.
Q: Sean - Please explain the results of using Mavenlink and Google Apps.
A: Clayton - We are able to have all of our documentation, requirements and plans in one central place. All of our calendars are set up to see what we need to be doing and we know when milestones are approaching. We have a policy that we have daily agendas emailed to us, this allows us to all see what has to happen that day each morning when we check our email.
Q: Sean - Anything else you want to tell add?
A: Clayton - Being able to have a client call to say that they are seeing the ideas getting bounced around and give their input has been great. We didn't have to reach out and tell them what was happening. Instead, they came to us to give that last bit of direction we needed to move forward.
