Q: Sean Crafts (Mavenlink Co-Founder) - Can you tell us a little about your business?

A: Sanna Svahn - I started as a solo practitioner at the end of last year. Lakiasiaintoimisto Sanna Svahn Oy specializes in probate, wills and family law and offers web based services, such as wills and pre-nuptial agreements. Clients come from all over the country.

Q: Sean - How did you find Mavenlink?

A: Sanna - I searched for all legal project management applications in Finland, but was dissatisfied either with the pricing or found that they were just not suitable for the legal profession. I also tried some foreign applications aimed specifically for the legal profession, but they also proved to be no good for my use or some of them not at all available outside the UK or US. From the Google Apps Marketplace, I found some applications which neither were no good, until I found Mavenlink.

Q: Sean - What pain points has Mavenlink solved for your business?

A: Sanna - I can review quickly what communication has taken place with the client, what documents have been done in relation to that case, how much time and expenses have accumulated in each case. One feature which I am "over-the-moon" about is that clients can have access to their case and can see exactly what is coming next, how much work and when I have done on their case, etc. This gives them a piece of mind and leaves me to concentrate on my work instead of having to keep the client up to date all the time.

Q: Sean - What do your clients, consultants, and fellow co-workers say about Mavenlink?

A: Sanna - Clients are very satisfied with being be able to follow their case in real-time.

Q: Sean - Please explain the results of using Mavenlink and Google Apps.

A: Sanna - It's been a time and mind saver and possible mistakes (malpractice) avoided as all the essential details can be found in one place.

Q: Sean - What Mavenlink feature(s) could you not live without?

A: Sanna - Time tracking!

A: Sanna - I absolutely applaud how customer oriented Mavenlink is.
