This video is an overview of how Mavenlink integrates with the Google Tasks API. We launched our Google Tasks integration in conjunction with the Google Task API release, which took place at Google I/O.
This feature allows users to seamlessly sync your tasks in both a Mavenlink project workspace and in Google Apps or Gmail. Assign new tasks, mark as complete, and work from wherever you feel most comfortable.
When adding tasks in Mavenlink or marking complete, the information will be automatically synced with Gmail. When adding tasks or marking complete in Gmail, you must click "Sync Project Tracker with Google Apps" in each respective project.
Lastly, make sure that you enable the Google Tasks integration in your account page under the "Google Account Integration" section.
We believe our Google Task integration with the Google API will really help you work more productively and efficiently.

Share files with project members

Manage your account
Add members, create linkage with your Google account, change your settings, and upgrade your plan.
Add a team member
Invite a client or colleague to participate in your project.
Select a project
Click or begin typing one of your project names and we'll show you projects that match. Project selection is required.
Track Time
Click Start to begin tracking time for a new task, then visit Time & Expenses when you're ready to save it.
