The above video is a short explanation of how you invite colleagues, clients, and/or consultants to work with you inside a Mavenlink Project Workspace.
To make your online project collaboration life easier, we offer Google Apps integration so that all of your Google Contacts are readily available.
No more looking up email addresses. Just type in the name of the person you wish to invite. Also, we have a default invitation email, but you can craft your own and check the "Use this as a default message" box to further customize Mavenlink to your benefit.

Share files with project members
You can attach multiple files to your posts. Posts can also be linked to Project Tracker items, which enables easy filtering as your projects grow.
Manage your account
Add members, create linkage with your Google account, change your settings, and upgrade your plan.
Add a team member
Invite a client or colleague to participate in your project.
Select a project
Click or begin typing one of your project names and we'll show you projects that match. Project selection is required.
Track Time
Click Start to begin tracking time for a new task, then visit Time & Expenses when you're ready to save it.
