This video is an overview of the File Management feature that I am showing from a Custom Branded login, but is available to everybody. Access the File Management tab from any Project Workspace, your Dashboard, or anywhere else in Mavenlink.
With this feature, you will be able to easily manage and view all of your files you have access to in Mavenlink. Search and sort by file name, file type, who the file was uploaded by, project name, and the date. You can simply click any file to download it to your desktop or view via the in-line viewer.
With this line item view, it's easy to view the the file name, project, uploader, and size of each file, along with accessing the project or person by clicking their respective name. Arguably the top aspect of the File Management feature is viewing the associated messages and message thread for each file.
File Management is pretty crucial for project management, which combined with the File Filter Function within each Project Workspace should make working online even more efficient.
