This video is an overview of the Time Tracking, Expense Tracking, and Invoicing software that Mavenlink now features. By combining these features with the existing project collaboration capabilities, you can remove administrative redundancies and ensure accountability for each project or client.
With time tracking and expense tracking, organizations, small business, and freelancers can perform all essential business transactions related to a project or business relationship. You can now better manage the productivity of collaborative work teams and track the timeline and expenses associated with each line item.
The online invoicing feature links all project conversations and activities (tasks, deliverables & milestones) to the billing process. Invoices can now be created effortlessly. Billing can often get complicated, but with our integrated and professionally laid out dynamic invoice, everything can be accounted for.
Time tracking and expense tracking can be done in an individual workspace or in the Finance Center, where you can compile your invoices.
