How does the 30-day free trial work?
You can sign up for an Independent or a Business plan and begin using the service free of charge for 30 days according to the plan guidelines. At the end of 30 days, you may either pay the monthly fee to continue using Mavenlink or cancel your plan free of charge.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up, you won't be charged a thing. After the 30 day free trial, you will be charged monthly for your subscription. You can cancel your plan at any time with no further obligations after cancellation.
Will the client or consultant I invite into a workspace be charged?
No. Mavenlink users can participate in an unlimited number of project workspaces as an invited participant free of charge.
If I cancel my plan, what happens to the data from my workspace?
At any point you may export the data from your workspace out of Mavenlink to make sure you do not lose any data upon cancellation.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan from your Account page. Please note, upgrades and/or downgrades are not eligible for free trial periods.
