How does the free plan work?

Our free plan is free, with no commitments or obligations required. Once you sign up, it will always be free for life. Should you choose, you can later trial one of our paid plans to try out some of our more advanced features.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. All our paid plans have a 30-day free trial. If you cancel or downgrade to a free plan during your trial period, you will not be charged. After the free trial, you will be charged monthly for your subscription. You can cancel your plan at any time with no further obligations after cancellation.

Will the client or consultant I invite into a project be charged?

No. Mavenlink users can participate in an unlimited number of project workspaces as an invited participant free of charge. Additionally, you can invite your colleagues & employees to your own account.

If I cancel or downgrade my plan, what happens to my data?

Mavenlink does not erase your project data. At any point, you can access your archived projects using your secure login or export the data out of Mavenlink.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan from your Account page at any time. Upgrading to any paid plan will start a 30-day risk-free trial, to ensure you find the best fit for you and your business.
