Mr. Grainger has over 20 years of experience in high technology consulting.
Before Mavenlink, Mr. Grainger was the Executive Vice President of Professional Services and Strategic Alliances
at InQuira (now Oracle). Prior, he was a Global Managing Partner in Accenture’s High-tech practice for 17 years.
He also served on two expeditions to Antarctica and was awarded a congressional medal.
Mr. Grainger holds a BS in Engineering with distinction from Harvey Mudd College where he is
a Trustee and the Chairman of the Finance and Budget Committee.
Founder, Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Neel has over 12 years of experience engineering social networking and knowledge management products
for companies such as Apple, 3M, and Bank of America. He also directed new product development and engineering for
InQuira’s leading Knowledge Management and NLP Search technology (now Oracle).
He is a highly competent web app designer, Ruby on Rails engineer and thought leader in Agile Software development.
Mr. Neel holds a B.A. in Computer Science and Economics from Cornell University.
Founder, Chief Customer Officer
Mr. Crafts spent 10 years helping grow InQuira (now Oracle) from 15 employees to annual gross revenues exceeding $40 million.
He held various positions within the company including sales, marketing, finance, operations and contracts.
He also directed the firm’s Alliance and Channel Sales Division. Crafts graduated with a double major from Duke University,
and holds a J.D. from Berkeley's Boalt Law School.
