Mavenlink Earns the Leader Designation in Five Fall 2021 G2 Grids®

Each quarter, G2.com analyzes the more than 3 million reviews of thousands of software products users publish on its site to recognize the solutions that have earned best-in-class ratings for both customer satisfaction and market presence. The Fall 2021 G2 Grids® have just been announced and we’re pleased to report that Mavenlink is a Leader in five grids: Professional Services Automation, Project Management, Project and Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Work Management Software. In fact, this is the third straight quarter we have been named the number one Resource Management solution.

In addition to its position as a Leader in five G2 Grids, we also received G2 badges for achieving high scores in three categories: Easiest Setup, Easiest Admin, and Highest User Adoption. You can follow this link to read the press release we issued this morning that has more information on G2.com’s methodology and a detailed breakdown of Mavenlink’s Leader position across all Grids.

While this news is an enormous source of pride for us, it also reflects the acceleration of a trend across the professional services (PS) industry. Professional services firms are increasingly migrating away from horizontal SaaS solutions and implementing vertical SaaS solutions purpose-built for their unique workflows and operations like the Mavenlink Industry Cloud for Professional Services.

We recently commissioned Forrester Research to examine the drivers behind this trend. Among the top line findings: Decision-makers know purpose-built resource management tools would bring big benefits, but they still rely on ineffective, outdated solutions like spreadsheets and tools built for other purposes. As a result, companies struggle to draw on data they already have and allocate internal resources appropriately. Implementing purpose-built tools like the Mavenlink platform bring transformative benefits like increased operational efficiency, team effectiveness, project delivery, and client satisfaction.
