About the Role: 
This role is responsible for driving leads and nurturing prospects through e-mail marketing in order to support Mavenlink’s aggressive growth goals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about B2B demand generation, the latest email marketing techniques, and have deep experience with, marketing automation systems, email lifecycle programs, and email nurture and drip programs. They are also results-driven, metrics-oriented, collaborative, and creative. 

Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive email marketing programs from inception to end result by understanding our target audiences, lead generation goals, inside and field sales needs and opportunities, and revenue targets 
  • Design effective, metric-driven lead generation programs and campaigns to drive new leads, qualify existing prospects, and surface interest in new products by existing customers 

  • Manage e-mail campaign strategies, templates, content, lists, creative, target sites and development of offers

  • Track program results, measure campaign and program success, and report performance to stakeholders 

  • Manage email marketing campaign calendar, assist marketing operations manager in promoting quality data collection and management processes, and protect recipient data and relationship
  • Monitor lead flow, lead distribution, and conversion rates to ensure attainment of targets and optimization of marketing investment

  • 4+ years of email marketing experience in a B2B environment

  • Knowledgeable and experienced in marketing automation systems (e.g. Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot) and CRM platforms (e.g. SalesForce, NetSuite, MS Dynamics)

  • Experienced with HTML and CSS for email and landing pages

  • Creative, innovative, resourceful and results-oriented

  • Skilled in analyzing and reporting marketing campaign results

  • Metrics orientation and proven track record of achievement 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

  • Strong multitasking skills 

  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a team environment

  • Bachelor degree in Business or related field
