The Role:
Mavenlink is looking for a product manager for our integration offerings on our M-Bridge platform. This encompasses building out our existing integrations and identifying and creating new integrations to external systems including but not limited to Finance, CRM, HR, Help Desk, and Collaboration products. As the PM, you’ll be responsible for driving what is delivered in these areas, from inception to delivery spanning departments: working with product, marketing and sales to build the value proposition, and working with engineering to execute the product development.

The Integrations PM is responsible for working with stakeholder to develop the roadmap and leading the product development for Mavenlink’s integration solutions. Work closely with clients and all functions in the company including sales, account management, services to identify product needs and solutions. Formulate and execute the short term and long term roadmap that directly aligns with client and market needs. Partner with UX, research, and development teams to execute the product roadmap and vision using Agile methodology.

The Job
  • Conduct business analysis and data review to understand market opportunities in existing integrated areas as well as possible future ones.
  • Define business and technical requirements and translate them into efficient solutions
  • Work with our partnership team to secure partnerships with the systems we integrate with, identifying and implementing required changes and upgrading existing customers. Working with their user groups to promote best practices in the external system’s integration data flow. Working with marketing to ensure the best exposure on partner marketplaces.
  • Be the voice of the Mavenlink customer. Listen to the market (internal and external users) and clearly define their project financial system needs.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Integration Platform internally and externally, as the primary contact and subject matter expert for our standard integrations.
  • Understand and account for risks with audit and compliance requirements of our finance solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining our presence on external application marketplaces
  • Working with the partnership team to certify our integration and forge partnerships with these external applications.

Experience and Skills:
  • BA or BS required, background in  Systems Integrations, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or Business a plus
  • Direct experience leading product management within an agile organization
  • A solid technical background with experience in software development and web technologies
  • In-depth understanding of APIs and experience building integrations.
  • Experience implementing, configuring, solutioning in the ERP space a plus
  • Prior experience using data and analytics to inform product decisions
  • SQL expertise
  • Fluent in Excel or comparable analysis software
  • Demonstrated passion for creativity and analytical decision making
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
