The Role
We are seeking a recruiter who is responsible for supporting senior level recruiting functions. The candidate will work closely with the VP of Talent Acquisition & Management to source, screen, interview, follow-up and facilitate other aspects of the pre and post-employment process ensuring that we are hiring only the best possible talent.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
  • Actively source, develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates, both passive and active, for our Irvine headquarters and other offices located nationally and globally

  • Help create and maintain job descriptions and postings and schedule interviews

  • Perform full lifecycle recruiting including reference checks, manage background screening process, present offers as well as handle all candidate relations during the interview process

  • Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager’s interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure data integrity

  • Utilize direct sourcing, networking, and creative recruiting techniques

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, concerns and workforce strategies

  • Interact with all levels throughout the organization including employees, customers, and outside vendors

  • Partner with local colleges and universities for recruiting initiatives, career fairs, and related events

  • Make recommendations for streamlining of process and improvement within recruiting

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 4 - 7 years of recruiting experience

  • Experience with Linkedin Recruiter Plus

  • Ability to multi-task in a lean fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork with customers, peers, and management

  • Highly organized administrative skills and ability to work independently with strong attention to detail

  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations as they apply to employment

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required including the ability to give honest, direct feedback

  • Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced, start-up company environment

  • Experience working with an ATS (Jobvite)
