About the Role

Founded in 2008 and with 300+ employees around the world, Mavenlink provides a SaaS platform for automating professional services businesses. We help our customers plan project staffing, deliver projects, manage budgets, and understand their company performance. Strong sales growth sees us expanding our team and growing our recruiting operations.

As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll help shape recruiting for our product & engineering teams. You’ll manage the full recruiting lifecycle, with strong focus on amazing candidate experience. Supported by our great team culture, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to help candidates understand how Mavenlink can grow their careers. Your work will have a significant impact on the continued success of the company.

What you’ll do
  • Grow candidate pipeline through passive sourcing, research, events and referrals

  • Build strong relationships with candidates
  • Bring energy and fresh-thinking to our recruiting approach

  • Work with our leaders to grow Mavenlink’s profile in the technical community

  • Collaborate with our wider recruiting team to grow our talent operation efforts

Who we’re looking for
  • 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Ability to manage conversations with senior candidates
Up-to-date knowledge of creative sourcing strategies
  • Success placing engineers in competitive start-up markets
  • Collaborative approach to meeting new challenges
