The Role
  • Sales Leadership, rapidly expanding our inside sales teams over the next year
  • Key participation in a rapid growing sales organization
  • Participation in local and national industry groups to expand your professional network and expertise
Minimum Qualifications
  • Hire, train, and manage the Inside/Commercial Sales Representative team
  • Develop representatives of all experience levels into top-tier sales representatives
  • Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
  • Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
  • Ability to operate daily from Melbourne-based office 

Desired Skills and Experience Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales management or sales development management, preferably in cloud software applications, with a consistent proven track record of overachievement of quota expectations
  • Proven record of sales success in a similar high transaction volume, software sales environment
  • Experience working in a start-up environment or satellite office Understanding of project management is a plus
  • Proven experience successfully managing people to achieve performance goals
  • Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
  • Willing to roll up sleeves and jump in to support  Account Executives on deals and lead by example. 

  • Experience managing sales from prospecting to close.
  • Must be able to thrive in a very fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Related Bachelor's degree
