Role Overview

The Marketing Communications Manager works within Mavenlink’s Marketing Communications team to help develop and implement communications strategies for our company. The position will take ownership on several key initiatives, including social media strategy and campaign management, as well as collaborating with others in the organization to help power our content marketing engine, build stronger relationships with influencers, buyers, and job candidates; ensure brand consistency, coordination of messages, and maintain the highest standards for our communications programs. Job Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and maintain social media strategy, profiles and programs that ensure quality content and drive continuous growth in engagement
  • Build and foster communities targeting buyers, influencers, partners, employees, etc. 
  • Monitor, measure, analyze, and report on social media content/sentiment and projects; make recommendations to optimize and improve performance
  • Works with marketing team, executive team and clients to develop content (presentations, visual assets, email copy, etc.) to assist with execution of marketing programs and campaigns
  • Propose ways to leverage new and existing content across multi-channel programs that seamlessly integrate Mavenlink channels and audiences
  • Investigate emerging interactive and social media technologies & best practices and provide recommendations for potential projects/initiatives
  • Manage marketing calendar, campaigns, design schedules and resources in Mavenlink to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget
  • Work with outside vendors and designers

 Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or related field 5 years of marketing experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skillsDetail orientation
  • Skilled in the use of social media marketing practices and applications
  • Skills using G-Suite or Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines with experience managing projects from inception to completion
