We are searching for a high-energy, self-motivated Salesforce Administrator to join Mavenlink. This individual will be a central part of the Business Operations division working collaboratively with Executive Leadership, Managers and individual systems users to drive strategic, operational, and organizational improvements across the company.

You fully immerse yourself in problem-solving, draw insights from analysis, and develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. You persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation, and check back in to see the impact of your recommendations. The Business Operations team is at the forefront of Mavenlink's fast-moving strategic priorities, tackling operational challenges and enabling innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure 24/7 operational support and maintenance of Salesforce system and infrastructure, including monitoring and maintaining the system and infrastructure as well as participating in day-to-day operations
  • Play a key role on the Business Operations team as a technical expert, system architect and administrator
  • Responsible for technical aspects of Salesforce, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, third party applications, and AppExchange products 
  • Responsible for implementing customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions 
  • Work with business users and Business Operations management to identify, prioritize and document requirements for system enhancements and workflow improvements 
  • Seek out opportunities to utilize Salesforce and other Business Operations systems to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace 
  • Develop end-user documentation, including application training manuals, job aids, and workflows 
  • Identify root causes of operational issues, resolve problems and/or recommends solutions for implementation by others.
  • Work with business units to plan for new projects and events, including capacity planning, monitoring, configuration, security, metrics, reporting and recovery, and migration strategies
  • Responsible for documenting the infrastructure and monitoring systems.
  • Other duties as assigned by your Supervisor
  • Develop and document programs, scripts, and standard operating procedures pertaining to systems administration
  • Research and assess future technology options to support technology growth and maturity
  • Develop and provide recommendations to aid in system software planning and budgeting
  • Assist users with day-to-day issues, problems and questions 

  • Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 4-8 years of experience providing administration Salesforce and other systems
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification preferred
  • Salesforce ServiceCloud experience preferred
  • Experience administrating or integrating additional cloud applications HubSpot, Lattice, Gainsight, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Zuora
  • Strong business and technical acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally
  • Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of an organization both internally and externally
  • Ability to analyze and present data in a way that meets the needs of the recipient
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player who is also able to work independently with little supervision
  • Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure with a sense of urgency while remaining focused and maintaining accuracy
  • Extremely high personal and professional integrity
