Office Coordinator

Location: SLC

The Role 
  • Ensure a well-kept office and that all equipment is in working order (appliances and coffee machines)

  • Coordinate with Property Management on building issues and building access

  • Cover the front desk when needed to greet visitors, clients and all deliveries

  • Responsible for all incoming/outgoing mail and packages

  • Orders & restocks all kitchen supplies and office supplies

  • Assist Office & Facilities Manager with planning/coordinating reconfigurations & relocation 

  • Manage fob system (access and running monthly reports)

  • Assist the Office & Facilities Manager with managing the office management budgets (monthly reporting).

  • Order catered lunches for the office (1-2 times per week).

  • Collaborate with MavenLife Leads to help coordinate events for the office (monthly/quarterly).

  • Ability to lift boxes/packages up to 25 lbs.

  • Handle other special projects as assigned

  • Have an eye for design, and enjoy creating and maintaining a clean and relaxed workplace

  • Can manage a rapidly growing office

  • Strong computer skills (proficiency in MS Office and Google Applications)

  • 4-5 hours per day (PT) - growing to Full Time as the office/department grows

  • Works Monday - Friday 

  • Reporting directly to the Office & Facilities Manager (Irvine, CA) with a dotted line to the Sr. Director, Engineering (Salt Lake City, UT)
