Position Title: MM/ENT Consultant
Reports To Title: Sr. Director of Professional Services
Department: Professional Services
Location(s): Boston

Work with clients to help them achieve operational excellence in their services delivery by implementing Mavenlink’s cloud based solution that allows services driven organizations to effectively manage the entire project delivery lifecycle. Help Mavenlink to realize a high return on investment through their deployment of Mavenlink to support their business operations.
  • Develop an in-depth expertise of the Mavenlink product from both a business consulting and technical integration perspective. Understand Mavenlink application features, standard integration solutions and platform, API architecture and business analytics reporting tools.
  • Provide domain expertise related to management and operations of services related organizations sharing industry best practices.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the business application ecosystem that Mavenlink deploys into with the purpose of being able to provide clients with business process guidance on how to best leverage each application. Application areas to be addressed include CRM, PSA, GL/ Project Accounting, Expense, HR solutions along with technical development tools.
  • Engage in business architecture discussions with clients demonstrating an understanding of common technical concepts, communication standards, integration approaches and implementation approaches.
  • Act as the implementation lead for mid-market and enterprise consultants driving all aspects of the implementation life cycle including requirements gathering, functional design, system testing, user acceptance testing, issue troubleshooting and resolution, change management, and training. Perform the full configuration of Mavenlink required for the deployment of the solution
  • Demonstrate strong consulting and communication skills leading to the development of strong client relationships based on trust.
  • Create business relationships within all levels of client’s organization from the business subject matter experts to technical audiences to the executive management team.
  • Identify, assess and solve complex business problems.
  • Understand our clients’ business requirements and objectives while ensuring alignment with the Mavenlink solution to drive desired business results.
  • Create a strong informal network within Mavenlink to draw support from during implementation
  • Actively participate in the ongoing improvement of the Mavenlink product suite and the services implementation methodology in order to build and share repeatable processes and quality deliverables that may be leveraged across multiple projects to increase speed and reduce costs.
  • Be a mentor and coach to other team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Communications or related field or foreign equivalent and 5 years of experience in job offered or closely related occupation.
Special Requirements:
Must possess knowledge/expertise with the following:
  • Work in a client facing role at a consulting firm, software company, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated technical skills and project implementation experience designing, configuring, and deploying Business Process Automation software solutions in the enterprise sector, including custom reports/dashboards.
  • Previous services industry experience and/or experience working with a Professional Services Automation (PSA) solution.
  • Proficient in the use of standard business applications and specialized in-house and customer systems, such as ERP Systems, Workflow/Business Process Automation.
  • Technical knowledge of internet based products and technologies, including Single Sign-on, System Integration and System Architecture.
  • Experience with relational databases and data/programming analysis.
  • ETL methodology.
  • Familiarity of on-premise applications and architectures, including web services, APIs and XML data structures.
  • Experience in the areas of financial reporting, business intelligence and key performance metrics with experience in the development and presentation of financial dashboards or scorecards.
Knowledge/ expertise must be sufficient to perform the job duties involved in the occupation in the normally accepted manner.
*Travel required up to 25% to unanticipated client locations.
