The Role
  • Sales leadership, rapidly expanding our teams over the next year
  • 
Key participation in a growing sales organization

  • Participation in local and national industry groups to expand your professional network and expertise


Responsibilities
  • Leads a team of 4 to 8 Account Executives

  • Accountable for the total sales results of all subordinates

  • Participates in defining territories, assigning quotas, and determining target accounts

  • Mentors and coaches team members and assists their sales cycles and operating rhythm for the company


Qualifications
  • Successful track record in enterprise software sales as a sales team leader
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred

  • Minimum 10 years previous direct sales experience with 7 years previous experience selling enterprise software

  • Working knowledge of project management software with history of qualifying client solution areas and orchestrating multi-departmental solution sales

  • Working knowledge of solution selling methodology and practice
  • 
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills

  • People-oriented professional with strong relationship building skills
  • 
Ability to be a knowledgeable adviser to clients/prospects with a well-developed consultative selling style

  • Proven history of meeting quota consistently along with a strong background in selling into the COO’s organization, Accounting/Finance Departments and IT preferred

  • Proven record of being able to recruit and ramp reps
  • 
Outstanding analytical and oral and written communication skills

  • Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to customer problems
  • 
Proven experience drafting, negotiating and finalizing a variety of client material & documents

  • Proven success working in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong results orientation with a dedicated client focus

  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines, prioritize workflow and adjust to frequent workload fluctuations
  • 
Ability to work independently while also being strong collaborator
