Position Overview:

Reporting to the VP of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances, the Partner Relationship Manager (PRM) will be a member of Mavenlink’s Partner Management & Enablement (PM&E) team focused on intelligently recruiting and managing Indirect Channel Partners. The objective of the role is to grow a robust and predictable revenue stream, by enabling Indirect Channel Partners to build a Mavenlink practice and/or business.

The PRM will continuously and consistently drive a Remarkable Partner Experience!

In this role, the PRM owns the Partner relationship and it will be their responsibility to ensure Mavenlink partners with the right companies and the PRM meets or exceeds established metrics. 

  • Primary responsibility for meeting pipeline and revenue targets as well as planning, implementing, and managing partner related activities
  • Make an unambiguous impact into the growth of Mavenlink sales through Indirect Channel Partner contributions
  • Responsible for execution of Mavenlink’s Partner Program
  • Provide tactical and strategic recommendations regarding how to enhance the PM&E program
  • Update the VP of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances on market conditions and competitive intelligence
  • Understand partner’s and client’s requirements and apply solutions to key problems 
Key Duties:

  • Channel Partner Recruitment & Enablement - Target, identify, research, qualify, contract, enable and manage new indirect channel partnerships
  • Channel Partner Lifecycle Management – Grow Partner relationships enabling them to be a predictable revenue generator for Mavenlink
  • Product Knowledge - Be proficient in Mavenlink and Mavenlink integrations
  • Quarterly Business Reviews - Create and facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with Indirect Channel Partners
  • Collaboration - Collaborate with Channel Sales, Marketing and client engagement teams to close business with the help of Indirect Channel Partners
  • Partner Training – Facilitate Mavenlink sales training for Partners. Assist Mavenlink’s Enablement team on product training and certification for Partners
  • Industry Events – Attend conferences and events to drive opportunities and incremental revenue for Mavenlink
  • Revenue Share Program - Assist in the management of the partner revenue share program
  • Effective Communication – Communicate Mavenlink’s strategies, solutions and product roadmaps to clients and partners, while deeply understanding their solution requirements and greater issues in project delivery, professional services automation and collaboration
  • Scorecard & Success Management – Prepare, manage, and deliver success scorecards to the VP of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
  • Travel – The role may require travel on a per need basis. Approximately 20%

  • Ability to source, qualify, establish expectations, contract, enable, and manage partnerships
  • Ability to articulate joint value propositions with Partners
  • Ability to demonstrate product knowledge
  • Demonstrate sound instincts and judgement; to decide what to do, and more importantly, what not to do
  • Demonstrate great people skills; able to negotiate with stakeholders and build bridges between different teams
  • Drive internal cross functional teams to launch joint go-to-market programs

  • Minimum of 3+ years in successful business development, product marketing, and/or partner marketing roles

  • Must have excellent communication skills, be well organized and be self-driven 

  • Prior use of 

  • Bachelor's degree. Master’s degree preferred
