The Company

Mavenlink is a rapidly growing, globally recognized SaaS company that provides technology, expertise, and support that enables organizations throughout the world to conduct business anywhere, with anyone. We believe every business deserves a chance to succeed in today’s fast-moving, connected economy. That’s why we set out to reinvent the way the world conducts business — and why we need people just like you.

Did we mention that Mavenlink is an awesome place to work? You’ll have the opportunity to work in an energetic environment with a smart team that loves what they do.

The Role

As an Integrations Support Specialist at Mavenlink, you’ll report to our Director of Support and work to solve complex technical problems that provide our clients with the means to run their business more efficiently and with better visibility. The role provides an opportunity to gain valuable business and analytical experience while drawing on the knowledge of the Support and Technical Services teams.

Goals and Responsibilities

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals sharing the mission of enhancing business performance through 3rd party applications (such as Salesforce, JIRA, NetSuite, Intacct) to Mavenlink. You will work with a number of clients on a support basis with the mission of providing expert technical support. The keys to accomplishing success include:

  • Identify, assess, and troubleshoot complex configurations and help diagnose issues with standard metrics and reports on an ongoing basis
  • Interpret, measure, and provide ongoing support for data analytics
  • Understand our clients’ business requirements and objectives and align the Mavenlink solution to drive desired business results
  • Partner on activities such as requirements gathering, functional design, system testing, user acceptance testing, issue troubleshooting, resolution, change management, and training

Your Profile

You thrive on accomplishing a mission - you’re self-motivated and collaborative!  Ingesting information is a passion and you apply it to solving problems, analyzing procedures, and to investigate business issues.  You have a knack for gearing your message to the audience, whether business or technical, and keep the needs of the client in the forefront.  Change doesn’t scare you - in fact, you address areas of uncertainty while identifying and mitigating technical and business risk.  A fast-paced, startup environment motivates you and you can thrive even with some ambiguity. Our next great addition would bring:

  • 3+ years industry experience in a customer-facing technical field such as professional services, engineering, consulting or technical support
  • Knowledge of enterprise/systems/integration architectures and data architecture standards, frameworks, and practices along with common integrations technologies, such as SOAP, JSON, REST, APIs, XML, business process automation, and orchestration tools
  • Experience in technical deployment and project implementation for on-premise/cloud-based commercial software applications, such as ERP, CRM, CMS and other systems
  • A natural client services mentality; the consistent ability to keep the needs of the client at the forefront of your actions

Bonus points if you have used Netsuite, Intacct, Quickbooks, Salesforce, Jira, MS Dynamics, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, or Informatica!

Our Philosopy

Working for a successful smaller-size tech company is a lifestyle choice rather than a job choice. We believe every company can be successful with the right technology and that every individual can be successful with the right culture. We believe in collaboration - that working hand-in-hand brings the best thoughts to the table and creates an environment of learning and growth. Here, you’ll enjoy:

  • An intentionally engaging culture - ditch the silo!
  • Competitive pay and benefit options
  • Strong work-life balance as a focus of the company
  • The chance to learn from some of the best people in the business, including the company’s founders
  • A vibrant, collaborative and devoted team, who still makes time for fun
  • Snacks? Check. Drinks? Check. Game nights? Check!

At Mavenlink, we strive to create an inclusive workplace that upholds the dignity of all people. We value, respect, and celebrate everyone’s individualities and honor their unique strengths from all different walks of life. We believe that embracing the diversity of thought and perspective encourages collaboration that leads to product (and people!) innovation, diverse products, and a successful business.

Mavenlink is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Engineering

We have a complex product and we’ve built a technology stack that allows for continuous deployment with nearly zero downtime. Every Mavenlink engineer majors in code and minors in product, so we all love working through data designs as well as complex user interactions. Whether it's through pair-programming, flexible roles, or our obsession for quality, test-driven code, our engineers (from grasshopper to black belt) are always learning.

"Every engineer has something to learn and something to teach. We invest in a pairing culture to make our code and our engineers better."
