The Role

About the Opportunity

As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Mavenlink, you will report directly to our Director of Product and be responsible for driving and executing innovative solutions for our M-Bridge application and integration development platform, that align with our extensibility and enablement strategy, inception to delivery.  You will work with our product, marketing and sales teams to build the value proposition, work with engineering to execute the product development and work with services and our customers on adoption and engagement. This hands-on role is ideal for a proven product manager with a strong technology background and experience in the application and integration development.
The PM is responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to develop the roadmap and lead the product development for Mavenlink’s custom application and integration solutions.  Additionally, you will help build up a successful developer community and partner program. You will partner with UX, research, and development teams to execute the product roadmap and vision using Agile methodology.

Goals and Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis and data review to understand market opportunities
• Define and refine product strategy, execution and success using lean methodology for our custom application development platform
• Lead customer and service team involvement in the roadmap planning and feature prioritization
• Work closely with the engineering and design teams to execute on product features, solve complex design challenges, document user stories, acceptance criteria and drive complex prioritization decisions
• Articulate the value proposition at varying depth depending upon audience types – customers, partners, sales and industry analysts
• Drive product launch activities with product, services, sales and marketing teams across Mavenlink
• Work with our partnership team to secure partnerships with the systems we integrate with 
• Be the voice of the Mavenlink customer. Listen to the market (internal and external users) and clearly define their needs
• Act as an ambassador for the M-Bridge Platform internally and externally, as the primary contact and subject matter expert building our developer community
• Build our developer community and our application marketplace

Experience and Skills

• 5+ years experience in product management
• A track record of shipping successful software products.
• Strong knowledge of API Management, Integration Architecture and PaaS
• Experience with iBPMS, iPaaS, web services, API technologies, enterprise integration tools, middleware technologies, application and data integration patterns including SOAP/REST web services, databases.
• Direct experience leading product management within an agile organization working in cross-functional teams including UX, QA, engineering and marketing
• A solid technical background with experience in software development and web technologies
• In-depth understanding of APIs and experience building integrations.
• Experience implementing, configuring, customizing in the ERP space a plus
• Experience using data and analytics  as well as a deep understanding of our users needs to inform product decisions
• Ability to collaborate and strong team player mindset.
• Demonstrated passion for creativity and analytical decision making
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
