The Role

Our customers are central to Mavenlink. As a Post Sales Solutions Consultant, you will leverage deep product and technical knowledge to partner with existing customers and guide them to accelerate business value and return from their investment with Mavenlink.  You will work with the Client Success Team to support the customer from a product/technical perspective to increase Mavenlink adoption by understanding their business needs and presenting compelling solutions that deliver unique business value.  

Goals & Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding and knowledge of customer’s Mavenlink usage and evangelize the capabilities of Mavenlink 

• Secure renewals and upsells by providing technical support to the Client Success Team

• Prepare and deliver customized remote and on-site product demonstrations

• Deliver business value and innovation to a customer’s business by understanding the customer’s key business challenges and potential for growth

• Design and scope client-specific solutions that address and balance client requirements with product and services delivery capabilities

• Keep up-to-date with competing products and services developments

• Able to work effectively within teams and build relationships that cross different groups within the Mavenlink organization (Client Success, Advisory Services, Professional Services, Sales and Product Team)

• Provide input and feedback to the Product Management team on client evaluations

About You

You’re a problem solver who is willing to go above and beyond for our customers. You’re passionate about your career and achieving success; possessing the following qualities:

• 2+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering role in enterprise B2B line-of-business software and SAAS

• Knowledge of project management concepts, tools and best practices

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Willingness to travel within and outside the region as needed


• Prior consulting, systems integrator, and/or software developer experience within a professional services firm

• Knowledge of the PPM and PSA software market segments

• Experience with ERP and Finance & Accounting packages
