The Company

Mavenlink is a rapidly growing, globally recognized SaaS company that provides technology, expertise, and support that enables organizations throughout the world to conduct business anywhere, with anyone. We believe every business deserves a chance to succeed in today’s fast-moving, connected economy. That’s why we set out to reinvent the way the world conducts business — and why we need people just like you.

Did we mention that Mavenlink is an awesome place to work? You’ll have the opportunity to work in an energetic environment with a smart team that loves what they do.

The Role

As a Contracts Administrator at Mavenlink, you’ll report to our legal team and be responsible for the administration of our client agreement contracts and providing support to our Go-To-Market organization. The role will also act as a business partner for the senior leadership, security, deal desk, finance, and sales teams.

Goals and Responsibilities

You will be a critical part of our business relationship with clients by drafting, creating, negotiating, and maintaining contracts used in conducting business with clients. These can be prospect and client sales agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other general client correspondence. You’ll be working closely with different teams and be an impactful part in maintaining contract records across the company. Success in this role will stem from:

  • Developing and maintaining a repository of standard client-facing contracts
  • Proposing and negotiating contract terms, taking into account the needs and expectations of our prospects and clients as well as corporate objectives, while minimizing our business risk
  • Reviewing, evaluating, and approving redlines or non-standard contract requests in a timely manner
  • Coordination with other departments within Mavenlink and with clients regarding contract submittals and responses
  • Assessing complex solicitations and preparing specialized and/or non-routine responses to proposals, and contract modifications

Your Profile

You have an analytical mind and use detailed, effective communication to empower others. You’re excited by contract language and its use in business and have been successful in defining business relationships through your work. Being impactful is a motivator for you and leading business-wide projects brings you fulfillment, especially in an environment that quickly and regularly scales up. Our newest Contracts Administrator will bring with them:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in administration of contracts or legal business agreements
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in systems relating to legal documentation, communication, and business relationships such as MS Office, G-Suite, DocuSign, Salesforce, Mavenlink, or other related tools
  • A demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and ability to handle high volume requests with minimal overhead
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and success working directly with external parties

  • A vibrant, collaborative and devoted team, who still makes time for fun
  • Snacks? Check. Drinks? Check. Game nights? Check!
