The Role

About the Role
We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Coordinator to work within Mavenlink’s Marketing Communications team to help develop and implement communications strategies for our company. The position will take ownership of several key initiatives, as well as collaborate with others in the marketing organization to help power our content marketing engine, ensure brand consistency, coordination of messages, and maintain the highest standards for our communications programs. By joining the marketing team in one of the fastest-growing SaaS organizations in Southern California, you will have the ability to learn, grow, and build a successful foundation for your career.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing campaigns, editorial calendar, design schedules, and resources in Mavenlink to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget

  • Maintain social media accounts, including content creation, curation, and engagement

  • Schedule blog and social media posts, and improve processes when and where needed

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on online and social media content and sentiment

  • Work with creative team to develop visual and content assets to support marketing campaigns

  • Work with outside vendors to produce content and promotional items

  • Assist marketing team with the execution of programs and campaigns

  • 2-3 years of Marketing related experience preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills

  • Detail orientation

  • Skilled in the use of social sites and applications
