Mavenlink is a rapidly growing, globally recognized SaaS company that provides technology, expertise, and support that enables organizations throughout the world to conduct business anywhere, with anyone. We believe every business deserves a chance to succeed in today’s fast-moving, connected economy. That’s why we set out to reinvent the way the world conducts business — and why we need people just like you.
Did we mention that Mavenlink is an awesome place to work? You’ll have the opportunity to work in an energetic environment with a smart team that loves what they do.
The Role Mavenlink is looking for talented software developers to join our San Francisco office. We have a great team in San Francisco solving challenges brought by growth & success. You'll step into a supportive environment praised by our engineers for its focus on continuous learning.
Our development culture focuses on strong communication, tight feedback loops, and continuous processes. A productive relationship between business, product, and development teams helps us deliver great software. Our dedication to test-driven development keeps our codebase in great shape.
We write code using pair programming, rotating pairs every day or two so that everyone gains working knowledge across the codebase. Pairing makes things social, speeds development, and makes learning from your peers a minute-by-minute activity. Our team works 8-hour days then goes home to enjoy their evenings.
We have a Ruby / Rails API / JS stack, and we've just started a migration to React, which you'll have a chance to contribute to. Working with us, you can expect to change projects a few times a year, moving toward challenges that interest you.
Though we will eventually re-open our recruiting to early-career candidates, at this time we're only considering candidates with 2+ years of experience.
To learn more about our culture, you can check out this interview with our team. If you'd like to join a growing, well-run team working on interesting challenges, we'd love to hear from you!
