Mavenlink is looking for an HR Specialist (based on years of prior experience) to be part of a growing Human Resources team. The HR Specialist will be working in a fast-paced environment where they will be onboarding new hires and interacting with all employees on a weekly basis.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintains and owns HRIS and employee data for the company to include data entry, data hygiene, and BI (reporting). Is viewed as the department’s system expert on the software platform utilized to house all employee data
  • Prepares and maintains weekly and monthly reports including headcount, turnover, transfers, promotions, etc.
  • Owns and drives compliance with all record keeping to include employee files (hard and soft) and data is up to date and accurate on an ongoing basis
  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
  • Manages day to day employee relations and all company leaves (in accordance with FMLA and state related requirements)
  • Is the main point of contact and works with members of the HR Department to assist with New Hire Onboarding, Orientation and 30-60-90 Check-ins
  • Is a department expert on Mavenlink’s Employee Health and Welfare Benefits. Assists with Open Enrollment, communications and benefits administration. Fields employee questions and works closely with the company’s Benefits Broker to resolve issues that arise
  • Develops and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional within the department and across all functions within the organization.
  • Operates as the first point of contact for employees and operates as a brand ambassador of Mavenlink and the HR Department
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Experience and Skills:
  • 4 year undergraduate degree required
  • 2 - 5 years of human resources or comparable experience
  • Has a demonstrated track record of problem-solving involving resolutions that result in positive outcomes
  • Proven experience and comfortable working with multiple levels within an organization, group or outside vendors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
