  • How does my free trial period work?

    During your 10 day trial period you will have access to all of our Mavenlink Teams features. At the end of the trial you can pay the monthly fee to continue using Mavenlink, upgrade to Premier plan, or use our limited feature free product.

  • Will my clients I invite into a project be charged?

    No. Your clients will not be charged. and can participate in an unlimited number of project workspaces as your client.

  • Will my contractors and co-workers I invite into a project be charged?

    Yes. They are considered “users”.

  • Are there discounts for large companies or special rates for non-profits?

    Large organizations qualify for special rates based on total number of users and contract term which are developed on a case by case basis. Non-profit organizations receive an 50% discount from list price.

  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

    Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan from your account settings page at any time.

  • What determines a “user” status?

    Anyone that is not a client or customer is considered a user. This includes staff and contractors or anyone with authority to start a new project. All “users” will be charged to your account depending on your plan.

  • If I cancel or downgrade my plan, what happens to my data?

    Mavenlink does not erase your project data. At any point you can access your archived projects using your secure login or export the data out of Mavenlink.
