Ray Grainger Mavenlink Founder and CEO

Raymond Grainger

Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Ray is an explorer at heart who has dedicated his career to helping his clients succeed. He has over 25 years of experience in the high technology consulting and software industry. Ray honed his expertise in professional services management and delivery as a Global Managing Partner in Accenture's technology practice for 17 years. During his tenure at Accenture, he invested in several technology companies through Accenture Technology Ventures, including enterprise knowledge management vendor InQuira (now Oracle). He later joined InQuira as Executive Vice President of Professional Services and Strategic Alliances to help the company scale, until the company's acquisition by Oracle. He also served on two expeditions to Antarctica and was awarded a congressional medal. Ray holds a B.S. in Engineering with distinction from Harvey Mudd College where he is also a trustee.

Roger Neel Mavenlink Founder and CTO

Roger Neel

Roger pursues elegant technology solutions that create business value. He has over 12 years of experience engineering social networking and knowledge management products for companies such as Apple, 3M, and Bank of America. He also directed new product development and engineering for InQuira's leading Knowledge Management and NLP Search technology (now Oracle). He is a highly competent web app designer, Ruby on Rails engineer, and thought leader in Agile Software development. Roger holds a B.A. in Computer Science and Economics from Cornell University.

Sean Crafts

Founder, Chief Customer Officer

Sean takes a customer's view of the world and strives to give them the tools and support they need to grow. He spent 10 years helping grow InQuira (now Oracle) from 15 employees to annual gross revenues exceeding $40 million. He held various positions within the company including sales, marketing, finance, operations, and contracts. He also directed the firm's Alliance and Channel Sales Division. Sean graduated with a double major from Duke University, and holds a J.D. from Berkeley's Boalt Law School.

Andrew Cantino Mavenlink Chief Architect

Andrew Cantino

Chief Architect

Andrew leads the technical direction of the Mavenlink engineering team, applying Agile software development practices from his past work at Pivotal Labs, CastTV, and Google. Andrew specializes in repeatable processes, automated testing, and sustainable engineering. He has built and sold several web properties. Andrew holds a B.S. in Physics from Haverford College and a Masters in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Kelly Anderson Mavenlink CFO

Kelly Anderson

Chief Financial Officer

Kelly oversees all aspects of Mavenlink's financial planning and strategic plan execution. She is a certified public accountant with more than 20 years of corporate finance, investor relations, accounting, and senior management experience. Previously, Kelly served as CFO and board member of several public companies and played an instrumental role in raising multiple rounds of capital as well as overseeing the operational functions of the business.

Daren is leading the rapid expansion of Mavenlink's small business, mid-market, and enterprise sales teams to meet the needs of customers across multiple industries. Daren brings more than 20 years of experience building and managing global sales teams at large public and early stage companies. Prior to joining Mavenlink, Daren served as Region Vice President at Salesforce.com, where he managed enterprise and commercial sales teams.
