How does my free trial period work?
During your 10-day trial period you will have access to all of the features listed in the Mavenlink plan you selected. At the end of the trial you can pay the monthly fee to continue using the Mavenlink plan you selected, upgrade to a different plan, or use our limited feature free product.
Are there discounts for large companies or special rates for non-profits?
Large organizations qualify for special rates based on total number of users and contract term which are developed on a case by case basis. Non-profit organizations receive a 50% discount from list price.
Will my contractors and co-workers I invite into a project be charged?
Yes, if you are on a Premier plan. This does not apply to Teams accounts.
Will my clients I invite into a project be charged?
No. Your clients will not be charged and can participate in an unlimited number of project workspaces as your client.
What determines a "user" status?
Anyone that is not a client or customer is considered a user. This includes staff and contractors or anyone with authority to start a new project. All "users" will be charged to your account depending on your plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the account settings page, or by getting in touch with a member of the Customer Experience Team or contacting email@example.com.
If I cancel or downgrade my plan, what happens to my data?
Mavenlink does not erase your project data if you downgrade or cancel; however you do lose access once you’ve downgraded your plan or are no longer an active user. You may choose to export your project information prior to cancelling or downgrading.
